Request for Price Proposal for Acquisition of Notebooks

Dear Prospective Bidder,

The "National Mortgage Company" RCO CJSC (legal address: 22-7/1 Hanrapetutyan St., Yerevan, RA) invites legal entities (hereinafter referred to as "Bidders") to submit price quotations via a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of 12 (twelve) units of computer equipment (laptops). The minimum technical specifications for the computer equipment to be procured are presented below:

Processor Intel Core Ultra 5 or Ultra 7 (Series 2 / 2nd generation or newer)
RAM Minimum 16 GB DDR5. Mandatory Requirement: The memory must not be soldered; it must feature SO-DIMM slots for future capacity upgrades
Storage

Minimum 512 GB SSD

Graphics

Integrated (e.g., Intel Arc Graphics) or discrete, providing high-quality display output to external monitors.

Display 16 inches (Diagonal), minimum WUXGA (1920x1200) resolution, IPS panel. Anti-glare coating is desirable.
Ports & Connectors

Minimum 2x USB Type-A (3.2), minimum 1x USB Type-C (preferably with Thunderbolt 4 support), 1x HDMI, 1x RJ-45 (or an original Type-C to RJ-45 adapter included), 3.5mm audio jack.

Networking & Wireless

Gigabit Ethernet (LAN), minimum Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) and Bluetooth 5.3.

Audio & Webcam Integrated speakers and microphone. Built-in webcam (minimum FHD 1080p).
Operating System

Mandatory Requirement: If the proposed computer does not include a pre-installed and activated Windows 11 Pro, the supplier must present the cost of the license on a separate line in their price quotation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Additional Conditions:

  • The price quotation may be submitted for one lot only, covering the entire volume (12 units) at once.
  • The proposal must include a cover letter, a questionnaire completed by the Bidder, as well as the price, delivery terms, and warranty period, which will serve as the primary criteria for selecting the winner, in accordance with Form N 2.
  • The submitted proposal must remain valid for at least 1 week from the date of submission.

The Request for Quotation is not a formal public tender competition. It is a process of collecting corresponding price quotations available in the market, as a result of which the best quotation may be accepted. The Request for Quotation process is not regulated by Articles 463-465 and 1043-1044 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia and the RA Law on "Public Bidding".

Submission Procedure:

Price quotations must be submitted in hard copy, enclosed in a sealed envelope, to the Company (address: 22-7/1 Hanrapetutyan St., 3rd floor, Yerevan, RA) no later than May 5, 2026, at 18:00 (Yerevan time).
