Provide liquidity, stability and affordability to the mortgage market in Armenia.

Closely interlink housing refinancing and capital markets through mortgage bonds, which will facilitate the accomplishment of our mission and the main goal.
Operating in the secondary mortgage market, we do not directly provide loans to natural persons. We cooperate with banks and credit organizations providing them long-term refinancing loans with low interest rates, which, in turn, makes mortgage loans affordable for households.
For refinancing purposes we use both our own funds and resources attracted from international partners.
National Mortgage Company universal credit organization closed joint stock company was established by the Central bank of Armenia and was registered under the CBA Board Decision N 182A dated June 16, 2009.
On 19 October 2011 under the CBA Board decision 1/1167A the Company was renamed as National Mortgage Company refinancing credit organization closed joint stock company.
The sole founder of the Company is Central Bank of Armenia (Resolution No. 1/705A, June 3, 2009).
Regulatory capital of the Company consists of 2,924,444 (two million nine hundred twenty four thousand four hundred forthy four) ordinary shares with AMD 17,070 (seventeen thousand seventy) nominal value each.
The Company’s corporate style consists of the logo and corporate colors.
The logo consists of five pillars and a key. The key and the third pillar, which is the only pillar that crosses the ellipse above the pillars, overlap at one end.
The pillars symbolize stability, strength, and power, and the key symbolizes home, hearth, and ownership.
The choice of color is based on the fact that vinous is identified with peace, stability, and a solid business image.
The aim of Rules of Personnel Conduct (hereinafter Rules) is to establish rules of professional ethics and etiquette of the Company, which shall be followed by all the employees.
