On supporting the borrowers who face financial difficulties

National Mortgage Company, following the current situation and aiming to support borrowers who face financial difficulties, provides an opportunity to defer the repayment of principal on loans refinanced by the Company for up to 6 months (up to and including September 2020).

In order to take advantage of this opportunity, borrowers who face financial difficulties are advised to contact the bank or credit organization that provided the loan. At the same time, the Company urges borrowers to make full monthly loan payments in the absence of financial difficulties.

The company also urges all borrowers to make payments online if possible, without visiting financial institutions.
